Anders Wiman Eriksson, recipient of the 2023 Sten-Olof Palm Scholarship, had the chance to complete an internship with the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C. Six months into this unique experience, we spoke to him to find out what life in the US is like.

Clothes Swap Day was arranged for the first time this spring by Handels Council of Sustainability. Students could leave clothes they no longer use, and if they would like - swap it for another clothing item . The Clothes left at the end of the day were then donated by HCS to the Red Cross.

Solidarity Fridge is an initiative at the School. Every week leftover food, bread and other fresh produce is collected from stores all over Gothenburg. The food is then handed out to students and staff at the School.

SMART is a track which is on the course schedule of all the Bachelor's programmes. It consists of scheduled interactive workshops that help students to cope better with their studies and to become ready for woking-life.
